Flowers & Butterflies

I love flowers and butterflies so I decided to use these to make a card. I stamped the image and colored. I cut out the butterflies from some scrapbook paper. It is really hard to see in pictures but the 2 bottom flowers on the oval, the butterflies and the flowers above the other oval are all popped up using 3D dots. The card is much cuter in real life than the pictures. I have not yet mastered the art of taking card pictures but hope to get better with practice.

TPE Challenge # 5

The challenge is for Pink, Green & Brown. . Anyhow I don't like the letters but I like the colors and the birds. This is my second card.

The flowers are from HL and the birds are in some stuff I got at Goodwill. I also used the lace punch for the edges. Thanks for looking.

1st Card

I made my first card. The picture did not come out well so it is kinda blurry. I guess my camera was programmed with the wrong date as well because I took the picture this morning. I will have to redo it later. It is a peach card with dark green diecuts. I made it for the Pink Elephant #4 challenge with diecuts and ribbon.

Joining the Card Making World

With the encouragement of my wonderful sister I have decided to join the card making world. I have made my first card and I have to admit it is very addictive and fun. I am posting my first creation which I made for the Pink Elephant Challenge so I will get that together and get it posted. For now I just wanted to get my blog up and running.
